THE COMMUNITY

Seasons at Sandpoint is a professionally managed private lakefront community comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. It is nestled in the charming city of Sandpoint, directly on the shores of Idaho’s largest lake, 43-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille. The city is also surrounded by three major mountain ranges, the Selkirk, Cabinet and Bitterroot ranges providing spectacular views all year round.

There is a centrally located clubhouse, also known as The Retreat, where our staff will warmly welcome you to the property and show you to your condo or townhome. They are also more than happy to recommend local activities to make your stay unforgettable such as hiking, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, art exhibits, music performances, dining, antiquing, shopping, etc. There are also plenty of amenities to enjoy directly on the property including the Wildflower Spa at Seasons, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach, fire pits, al fresco dining areas, fitness center, and a marina with boat slips available for rent.


THE MARINA

The property is situated directly on the shore line of the massive 86,000-acre Lake Pend Oreille. We have a private 80-slip marina complete with a dockmaster to assist you in preparing for a beautiful day on the lake. You can moor your own boat during your stay with us or simply rent from a local company. We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. Boat slip rentals are limited in the summer months, so please be sure to reserve yours when reserving a condo or townhome.


THE POOL & HOT TUB

The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse. They are open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months or warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain.


PRIVATE BEACH

Our private beach allows you to swim in the lake and play in the sand without having to leave the property. Our staff can also assist you with building a lakeside beach fire in the evenings, allowing you to unwind and enjoy all of nature’s beauty at the end of your day.


AL FRESCO DINING AREAS

We have al fresco dining areas complete with grills and seating so you can enjoy a lovely meal with family and friends while taking in the amazing views. You can reserve 2-hour increments with our staff prior to your arrival or upon check-in.


THE RESIDENCES

We have a variety of different sized-residences available for rent, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. Each residence has an open floorplan and private balconies overlooking the lake. They are fully furnished with linens, terry, cookware, dining ware, and a washer/dryer.

This 3-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 8 guests with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom with two full-sized mattresses and a twin trundle bed. There are two full bathrooms, with the master bathroom being private.


RENTAL AGREEMENT

A formal Rental Agreement will be sent for e-signature within 24 hours of booking. This must be completed within 48 hours of receiving to confirm and hold a reservation.

  This condo is fantastic. When choosing this rental, there were several options of this floorplan to chose from, but this had the best layout. We used the barstools at the kitchen counter the most, besides the patio. The sectional was SOOO comfy!! And loved that 2 of the bedrooms had TV's. I would add a ceiling fan on the patio and a heater in the master bath. The assigned parking in the garage was nice too. We used the pool and hot tub every night. Went on a few walks down the Bay Trail as well. My son brought in-line skates and had a blast! I loved how modern and clean this condo was. Absolutely perfect for us.

  This condo was lovely, decorated beautifully. They had plenty of inside seating. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. The patio area was really cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing. Checking in was so pleasant and easy. We enjoyed the pool area. We cooked out on the grills provided and enjoyed having dinner by the lake.
  We enjoyed walking into town and visiting the areas around. We definitely want to comeback and visit longer. Had a lovely time, too short, but lovely visiting.

  This condo was absolutely beautiful. The decor was light, beachy and modern. The place was sparkling clean. The beds and linens were first class and super comfortable. The bath towels were big and super thick. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with every pot, pan (even a waffle maker!) and cooking tool one could possibly want. In addition to glassware and ceramic dishes, there was an abundance of plastic ware to take outside. We really appreciated that there were tv’s in two bedrooms and a huge screen tv in the living room. We also liked that the dining room was placed in front of the living room bank of windows overlooking the lake. Loved that there was a washer and dryer too! The outdoor balcony furniture was lovely and comfy — morning tea out there was heaven. Can’t say enough great things about this specific unit. Lots of thought went into furnishing the kitchen, bedrooms and living spaces. The lake view was incredible. The staff at check in were delightful, giving us a short tour of The Retreat and describing the amenities. The smoke detector in the one bedroom we didn’t use began to intermittently chirp, but one call to the front desk had that situation fixed. First class operation all the way!

  The Season is perfect for a family vacation or an adult get away. The town is within walking distance and is filled with one of a kind shops, restaurants and friendly people. This is my third summer trip and I have always been pleasantly surprised that there are no hiccups. Each condo is unique unto itself and the staff is amazing. The kids love the pool and the beach and as an added bonus scheduling a ride on Captain Dan pirate ship. I love the views from each condo and the peace you get when sitting out on lanai.

  Our family gathering at #7203 was great. The unit had a nice ambience, was very clean and cozy with a wonderful view of the lake. I liked that it was not overly decorated, a definite plus when you have a couple of children as part of the group.
  The kitchen was well-equipped, an important feature for us as we cooked and ate most of our meals in the condo.
  The location of course is ideal and having use of the outdoor pool in the winter added a lot of fun!
