THE COMMUNITY

Seasons at Sandpoint is a professionally managed private lakefront community comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos, 4-bedroom penthouses and 5-bedroom townhomes. It is nestled in the charming city of Sandpoint, directly on the shores of Idaho’s largest lake, 43-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille. The city is surrounded by three major mountain ranges, the Selkirk, Cabinet and Bitterroot ranges providing spectacular views all year round.

There is a centrally located clubhouse, also known as The Retreat, where our staff will warmly welcome you to the property and show you to your rental. They are also more than happy to recommend local activities to make your stay unforgettable such as hiking, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, art exhibits, music performances, dining, antiquing, shopping, etc. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy directly on the property including the Wildflower Spa at Seasons, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach, fire pits, al fresco dining areas, fitness center, and a fixed dock marina with boat slips available for rent.


THE MARINA

The property is situated directly on the shore line of the massive 86,000-acre Lake Pend Oreille. We have a private 80-slip marina complete with a dockmaster to assist you in preparing for a beautiful day out on the lake. You can moor your own boat during your stay with us or simply rent from a local company. We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. Boat slip rentals are limited in the summer months, so please be sure to reserve yours when reserving a condo, townhome or penthouse.


THE POOL & HOT TUB

The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse/ Retreat. Open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months and warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain (a 25min drive).


PRIVATE BEACH

Our staff can assist you with building a lakeside beach fire in the evenings, allowing you to unwind and enjoy all of nature’s beauty at the end of the day.


AL FRESCO DINING AREAS

You can reserve 2-hour increments prior to your arrival or upon check-in.


THE PENTHOUSE

A rare jewel here at The Seasons at Sandpoint. This newly remodeled luxury, top floor, corner penthouse is located in building 2 just steps from the private beach, marina, and Clubhouse. Special features include: all new high end furnishings, a large gourmet kitchen, private laundry and underground parking. This condo is ideal for couples, families, multi-generational families, mobility impaired travelers and those that really appreciate finery with stunning views of Lake Pend Oreille, any time of year.

The main level has two guest bedrooms. The first has a king bed. The second has a Francis Lofts custom full-sized bunk bed. They share a full bath. The kitchen is fully furnished with quality appliances and everything one needs to enjoy cooking and entertaining. All main living spaces have full views of the lake. Take your morning coffee with the sunrise or a pairing of wine and cheese, on your private balcony, for sunset. This spacious deck comes with an 'L' shaped sofa and additional chairs, all ideal for outdoor relaxation and taking in the incredible lake, beach, panoramic mountain and marina views.

The second Level has two additional bedrooms. The master suite and guest suite, both featuring king beds. There is also a secondary living space that is perfect for movie and game nights. Pac Man anyone?


RENTAL AGREEMENT

A formal Rental Agreement will be sent for e-signature within 24 hours of booking. This must be completed within 48 hours of receiving to confirm and hold a reservation.

  Location was awesome - we biked and walked everywhere, except Schweitzer, which was an easy drive. Views were beautiful, property was well maintained, unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Ended up extending our stay because we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled penthouse. Every detail has been thought through from the fully stocked chef's kitchen to the sleeping arrangements and the modern beach house decor which suited our group of two families perfectly. We especially enjoyed the deck with incredible views of the marina, lake and mountains and the large rec room for family game and movie nights. The amenities at the Seasons resort are perfect and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, Wildflower spa, and sandy beach area with bonfires at night. We never even got in our car as the property is within easy walking distance to City Beach and the town of Sandpoint. Management company was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this beautiful penthouse to anyone who is looking for first class luxury while experiencing all that Sandpoint and the surrounding area has to offer.
